Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Refund Policy governs the procedure for refunds for services provided by the Shotix Bot. 1.2. This Refund Policy is drafted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. The user has the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment if they are not satisfied with the quality of the provided services. 2.2. Refunds are only possible for unused generations.

3. Refund Procedure

3.1. To request a refund, the user must contact support through the Telegram chat at: @shotix_support. 3.2. When contacting support, the user must provide:
  • The order number or other details to identify the purchase;
  • A description of the reason for the refund;
  • Proof of payment.
3.3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction within 14 business days after the refund is approved.

4. Exceptions to Refunds

4.1. Refunds are not possible if:
  • All paid generations have been used;
  • The user has violated the terms of the User Agreement.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. The Shotix Bot reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy without prior notice. The current version of the Refund Policy is published in the bot’s interface.
