https://cheeseai.net/en/), developed by GLIMMERSYNC DYNAMICS LTD (registered in the United Kingdom at: 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom).
The Cheese AI application is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play platforms. All in-app purchases are processed exclusively through these platforms. In addition to subscriptions, users can purchase separate in-app products — coin packs that can be used for image generation. These purchases are one-time and do not include a subscription.
The Company provides you the right to request a refund for a purchased subscription or additional coin pack if you are not satisfied with the product, subject to compliance with the conditions set out in this Refund Policy, in addition to rights provided to you under applicable law (including, where applicable, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015). This Refund Policy complies with the refund rules of Apple App Store, Google Play, and the laws of England and Wales.
I. SUBSCRIPTION
The Cheese AI application is free to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. However, access to the full functionality of the application (e.g., AI-powered image generation) requires an active paid subscription. The application does not offer a free trial period, and the subscription begins immediately after purchase on the chosen platform.
Various subscription plans are available (e.g., monthly or yearly). The list of available features and the subscription price are indicated in the application and/or on the Cheese AI page in the Apple App Store or Google Play before the purchase is completed. Prices are usually listed in the user’s local currency and may vary slightly depending on region. You will have all the necessary information about the selected subscription plan before confirming the purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew for the next term after the paid period ends (typically 24 hours before expiration), unless you cancel your subscription in advance. Please refer to Section III. CANCELLATION for instructions on how to disable automatic renewal.
II. PAYMENT METHODS
Subscription payments are made exclusively through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play, using the payment method linked to your account on the corresponding platform (e.g., bank card or another payment method supported by Apple/Google). The subscription amount will be charged to your payment method immediately after purchase confirmation, and subsequently — at each automatic renewal of the subscription.
By purchasing a subscription in the Cheese AI application, you agree that the corresponding platform (Apple or Google) is authorized to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees at the rate effective at the time of charge. All payments are processed through the secure systems of Apple App Store or Google Play; the application developer does not receive or process your payment details directly.
III. CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a subscription means that its automatic renewal will be disabled in the future. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to all paid features of the application until the end of the already paid current subscription period. Please note that deleting the application does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Users can manage their subscription (view status, change plan, or disable auto-renewal) through the personal account in the Cheese AI application. Cancellation of auto-renewal is also possible via the account settings on the corresponding platform:
Purchases via Apple App Store: To cancel your subscription, open your Apple ID settings and go to the subscription management section (or use the appropriate section in the application, which redirects to Apple ID settings). If you purchased a subscription through the App Store and believe you are entitled to a refund under this Policy, you must submit your request directly to Apple Support. Follow the instructions provided on Apple’s official support site (e.g., via the Apple Support refund request service). Note that the application developer cannot directly issue refunds for payments made through the Apple App Store: all such requests are handled by Apple in accordance with its rules.
Purchases via Google Play: To cancel your subscription, open the Google Play app (or website play.google.com) and go to the “Subscriptions” section of your account, then select Cheese AI and cancel. (Similar actions are available through the personal account within the Cheese AI application, which redirects to the Google Play settings.) If you purchased a subscription through Google Play and meet the refund conditions, submit your request directly to Google. Use the instructions provided in the Google Play Help Center (e.g., via the refund request function in your Google Play account or the Google support request form).
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription no later than 24 hours before the date of the next renewal. After cancellation, no fees will be charged for future periods. Cancellation does not imply a refund for the already paid current period: you will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid term, but no further renewals will occur.
IV. REFUNDS
All subscription refunds are processed through the official mechanisms of the Apple App Store and Google Play platforms, in accordance with their refund policies. If, for any reason, your request was denied by the platform or you have additional questions, you may contact our support service at
[email protected]. We will review such requests individually in accordance with this Refund Policy.
We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, except as expressly required by applicable law or specific criteria established by our Company (outlined below).
To be eligible for a refund, the user must meet all of the following conditions:
Refund Request Timing: The refund request must be submitted promptly after purchase, in accordance with the platform’s rules through which the subscription was purchased. In particular, for purchases made through Google Play, the refund request must be submitted no later than 48 hours from the time of purchase (in accordance with Google Play’s refund policy). For purchases made through the Apple App Store, the refund request must be submitted through Apple Support (e.g., via Apple’s official support website or the Report a Problem service), within the timeframe and under the conditions established by Apple. All refund requests must be submitted before the end of the current paid subscription period. The right to a refund within the stated timeframe will be determined based on product usage (see below).
No Active Use: At the time of the refund request, the user must not have demonstrated significant activity in using the product. We define active use as sending more than 2 generation requests via the application. If the user has performed more than 2 generations/requests, such usage is considered active, and the purchase is deemed consumed and non-refundable due to significant server resource consumption and costs associated with operating the AI algorithms used by the Company to serve active users.
General Conditions: Refunds will not be issued if all conditions listed in this Refund Policy are not met. This Policy applies to standard purchase conditions; if you received an alternative introduction to the service or compensation (e.g., a special offer, discount, or free trial), that option replaces the terms of this Policy. In other words, customers who used an alternative offered option (e.g., a free trial, if offered, or another promotion) waive the right to a refund under this Policy, as the conditions of the specific program apply to them.
Exceptions:
More than 48 hours (for Google Play): Any refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after the date of purchase on Google Play will not be honored by the Company (after this period, refunds through Google Play may be issued only at Google’s discretion and in accordance with its policies). Similarly, refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store that are submitted in violation of Apple’s established process (e.g., long after purchase without proper justification) are not considered under our Policy and must be resolved directly with Apple.
Active Use: Purchases made by users who have demonstrated active use of the application (as defined above — more than 2 generation requests) are not eligible for a refund. This is due to the substantial server and computational resources required to process such requests and operate the AI service.
Please note that refunds are not provided for used coin packs purchased separately from the subscription. These purchases are considered fully consumed once at least one coin is used for image generation.
V. CHARGEBACKS / DISPUTES
If you initiate a chargeback at any time for a subscription transaction or otherwise dispute/cancel the payment (e.g., through your bank or payment system), the Company reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate your application account at its sole discretion, considering such action a violation of your payment obligations. We also reserve the right to dispute any unauthorized chargeback by submitting relevant documentation to the financial institution proving that the payment was authorized by you and the services (digital content) were duly delivered.
VI. AMENDMENTS TO THIS REFUND POLICY
We may, at our discretion, offer free trials or promotional access. After such a period or upon redemption of a promotional code, regular subscription fees will apply unless canceled. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.) unless canceled in advance via App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel after the subscription period has started, no refund will be issued, and access remains available until the end of the paid term. EEA residents may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days via their App Marketplace account settings.
We may revise subscription pricing or payment terms due to service updates, business needs, or legal changes. Any such changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, with prior notice via email or in-app notifications. EEA consumers may cancel their subscription free of charge before new prices take effect if they do not agree with the changes.
We reserve the right to amend, supplement, or discontinue this Refund Policy at any time, as well as to make changes to the offered Cheese AI subscription plans. In the event of significant changes, we will provide prior notice by posting information about the changes in the application and/or sending a notice to your email or through other reasonable means. Such changes take effect as of the specified date, but not earlier than 30 days from the date of notification, unless otherwise required by law or dictated by Apple/Google policies. If you do not agree with the new terms (e.g., changes in subscription pricing or refund rules), you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect to avoid charges under the new terms. Continued use of the Cheese AI application after the changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
